You will be able to pay the registration fee with either a credit card or an invoice guaranteed with a credit card. You will be asked for this information during the registration process. There will be no on-site registration for this event. Please register as soon as possible for event planning purposes. Driving Directions from Hotel to Meeting:Approximately .75 miles from Meeting Hotel. Start out going WEST on WASHINGTON AVE S toward CR-152. Turn LEFT onto WASHINGTON AVE S / CR-152. Continue to follow CR-152 Merge onto MN-122 E via the ramp on the LEFT. End at 300 Washington Ave SE Meeting Parking: The new 1,900 space East River Road Garage provides both disability and short-term parking for Coffman and the East Bank campus. With an attached entrance to the south side of the building, the East River Road Garage is easily accessible from Delaware Street. Shuttle Service: The Quilt has arranged for a 24-person shuttle service between the hotel and the meeting. The cost of the shuttle service is $1 per person per ride. This covers the cost of the trip plus gratuity to the driver. The shuttle arrangements are as follows: Monday, May 15th: 4:45pm pickup from Coffman Union to Hotel (meeting scheduled to finish 4:30pm) 6:15pm pickup from Hotel to Dinner for 6:30 pm reservation. Tuesday, May 16th: Group Dinner:We’ll be having a group dinner 6:30 PM Monday evening at Buca di Beppo’s. 1204 Harmon Place The Quilt has reserved the 24 person hotel shuttle for this event. Please meet in the lobby at 6:15pm for shuttle service. Attendees with cars are encouraged to meet in the lobby at 6:15 also to carpool shuttle overflow to Dinner. |

Reservations require a credit card guarantee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the check in date will be charged. CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 p.m. Hotel Parking: Parking is available in the municipal ramp adjacent to the Hotel. The current rate for overnight parking is $10.50 for a 24-hour period. The adjacent parking ramp is the property of the City of Minneapolis and not that of the Holiday Inn Minneapolis Metrodome. Driving Directions: Approximately 12 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport (MSP) International Airport. Exit airport in left lane on Highway 5. Merge right and follow signs toward Minneapolis. Exit on Minneapolis Highway 55 (Hiawatha). Continue on Highway 55 in the right lane. Exit at Third Street / University of Minnesota West Bank to Washington Avenue. Turn right on to Washington Avenue, then make a left turn at the next stoplight. Make an immediate left turn to hotel entrance. Transportation: Shuttle service is available to the hotel from this airport using Super Shuttle.
