Event Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy for an Event with Registration Fees: 

You may pay for this event in the form of a credit card or request an invoice and mail in a check. Invoice terms include payment within 30 days of the event. Cancellations received on or before 5:00 pm Pacific on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, are entitled to a refund of registration fees minus a $10 administrative fee; there will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after 5:00 pm Pacific on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, you may name another person from your organization to take your place. If you have questions or need to cancel/transfer/make changes to your registration, please send an email to contact@thequilt.net.

Cancellation Policy for an Event with No-Fee Registration:

We understand that life happens and schedules may need to change. If you need to cancel, make  changes, or simply have questions about your registration, please send an email to contact@thequilt.net. All we ask is that you notify us as soon as possible, especially if you are unable to attend  and make the decision to cancel.
