The 2023 Quilt In-Person Fall Member Meeting – Registration Cancellation Policy

Event Registration Cancellation Policy  

Cancellation and Refund Policy for an Event with Registration Fees:  

You may pay for this event in the form of a credit card or request an invoice and mail in a check. Invoice  terms include payment within 30 days of the event. Cancellations received on or before 5:00 pm Pacific  on Friday, September 15, 2023, are entitled to a refund of registration fees minus a $10 administrative  fee; there will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after 5:00 pm Pacific on Friday, September 15, 2023, you may name another person from your organization to take your place. If you have questions or  need to cancel/transfer/make changes to your registration, please contact Somaliyah Al-Mahdi at the Quilt (somaliyah at the quilt dot net).  

Cancellation Policy for an Event with No-Fee Registration:  

We understand that life happens and schedules may need to change. If you need to cancel, make  changes, or simply have questions about your registration, please contact Somaliyah Al-Mahdi (somaliyah at the  quilt dot net). All we ask is that you notify us as soon as possible, especially if you are unable to attend  and make the decision to cancel.
