The Quilt Member Meeting
This event is hosted by The Quilt and the dates for the program are February 5-7, 2013 at La Jolla Shores Hotel. The meeting will begin 12:00 pm on February 5th and run through approximately 12:00 pm on February 7th, 2013. This year, two hotel choices will be offered –The La Jolla Shores Hotel and The La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. These properties are adjoining properties and are a short walk between one another. The Main Quilt Member Program will be held in the La Sala room at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club.
Other Meetings Held In-Conjunction with The Quilt Member Meeting
The Quilt will have two guest organizations that will also be holding meetings and workshops following the main member meeting. Please note there are separate registrations for these meetings. - The InCommon Federation Workshop will be held the afternoon of Thursday, February 7th and morning of Friday, February 8th. This workshop is designed to develop a new distributed framework for federation that would extend InCommon Federation Services to K-12 (and potentially other CAIs) in collaboration with regional networks. We strongly encourage Quilt members interested in learning more about identity and access management to attend. Click here for more workshop information *This workshop is closed to vendors*
- CANARIE will be holding a meeting on the afternoon of Thursday February 7th. This meeting is closed to the representatives of the Canadian Research and Education Networks. Details to follow. *This is a closed meeting – CANARIE members only*

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies
You may pay for this conference in the form of a credit card or invoice. Invoices are requested by emailing Jennifer Griffin, Program Coordinator. Invoice terms are within thirty days of the event. Cancellations received on or before 5:00pm ET on Friday, January 18th, 2013 are entitled to a full conference refund minus a $10 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after 5:00pm ET on Friday, January 18th, 2013 you may name another person from your organization to take your place.
