How is this going to work?
We’ll be using a Zoom meeting room courtesy of KanREN for this year’s Quilt CEO Roundtable event. An agenda containing quick links to the Zoom meeting room(s) and other session-related materials will be distributed only to registered participants prior to the scheduled meeting date. The agenda is a one-stop-shop for all your event needs. If you are unable to locate your email, please contact Jennifer Griffin (griffin at thequilt dot net) or Tracey Norris (tracey at thequilt dot net).
How can I help this go smoothly?
- The meeting is limited to invitees only, so please do not share the links to sessions or other materials associated with this meeting.
- Please mute your audio during the main sessions.
- Set your name to “First Last (Institution)” in Zoom. Go to the participant list and select more> rename. This must be done every time you restart Zoom.
- No recording of the sessions will be allowed. However, attendees will have access to slides, links, Google docs and other session-related materials both during and after the meeting.
