Registration is Closed

The registration fee will be $200. You will be able to pay the registration fee with either a credit card or an invoice guaranteed with a credit card. You will be asked for this information during the registration process.

There will be no on-site registration for this event.  Please register as soon as possible for event planning purposes.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on or before 5:00pm EDT on October 20, 2006 are entitled to a full conference refund. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after 5:00pm EDT on October 13, 2006 and have not paid by any other means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration fee. If you cancel your registration after 5:00pm EDT on October 20, 2006 you may name another person from your organization to take your place.

BLOCK DATES: October 24-26, 2006
BLOCK RATE: $315.00/night (single or double occupancy, plus all applicable taxes estimated at 14% + $3.50 occupancy tax.)

All reservations can be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or by an advanced deposit.  Guaranteed not shows will be billed to the individual attendee.  Reservation requests received after the above date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.  Cancellations on individual reservations must be called in prior to 6:00PM on arrival date or 1st night’s room and tax will be charged to that individual.

BLOCK CUT OFF DATE: October 13, 2006(reservations must be made by 5:00pm local time on this date to receive the discounted rate).
Reservations require a credit card guarantee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the check in date will be charged.

CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.

Transportation:

The hotel recommends taking a shuttle or sharing a taxi for arrival.  The two main shuttles to the hotel are Airlink and Super Shuttle.
