Quilt Services Working Group

The Quilt Services Working Group exists to benefit the Quilt Community through the advancement of Services – including the network and beyond. The group is committed to providing objective feedback, evaluation and guidance that will improve Service quality and adoption for each of the participating Regional Networks.

Topics & Activities

• Showcase of each participating Regional Network’s service portfolio and strategy
• Voice of Customer: techniques and best practices for gathering member feedback (and incorporating into service decisions)
• Product lifecycle best practices
• Identify opportunities for joint development or procurement of services to benefit all
