OARnet is governed by a committee of 9 members: the Chancellor of the OH Board of Regents or his designee, who serves as chair; a representative from : OH Department of Development; Governor’s Office; the CIO for the State of OH Office of IT; OH Dep’t of Education, and 4 members appointed by the Chancellor. One each from OH’s public four-year universities, one from OH public two-year community and technical colleges and one from OH nonprofit institutions of higher ed
