Internet2 EAGER Grant Workshop:
Enabling Trustworthy Campus CI for Science

Trusted CI, the NSF Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, and Internet2 are hosting a workshop to be held ahead of and co-located with the 2018 NSF, ESnet, and The Quilt meetings in College Park on September 24th.  This workshop will explore how to enable trustworthy campus cyberinfrastructure by bringing Chief Information Security Officers and Research Computing Directors (or equivalent roles) from ~15 campuses for a day to share their understanding and experiences of security practices suited to cyber infrastructure supporting science and to learn what may need to be addressed to improve such practices. The workshop is funded by NSF Award #1650445, Cybersecurity Transition to Practice Acceleration.

This invitation-only workshop is full and cannot accommodate any additional participants. Please contact Tom Barton (tbarton@uchicago.edu) and Gail Krovitz (gkrovitz@internet2.edu) to express interest in attending potential future workshops.
