Meeting Overview:

• Hosted by Northern Crossroads, The Quilt’s Fall Member Meeting will be held in Boston, MA on the Boston University campus at the Executive Leadership Center September 28-30, 2010.

• Our meeting events begin on Tuesday, September 28th at 10:00 am ET after The Quilt Board Meeting.

Member Meeting Start Time:  Tuesday, September 28th at 10:00 am
Member Meeting End Time:  Thursday, September 30th at noon

Additional Meeting Information:

• On the morning of September 28th, The Quilt will hold a Member Board Meeting from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.

• The Quilt’s annual planning workshop will take place on Tuesday, September 28th from 10:00 am-5:30 pm. We invite all Quilt member representatives to join us for this planning session.

• There will be a Welcome Reception with beverages and light hors ď oeuvres held at the event hotel on the evening of September 28th. The reception will start at 6:00 pm in the hotel’s Charles View Ballroom located on the 16th floor.

• Member meeting program will begin at 8:30 am on Wednesday, September 29th and conclude at noon on Thursday, September 30th.

• Member Meeting Agenda Highlights:

 – So You Need to Construct an Optical Network
– A Look Back and Look Forward at Networking Trends
– Research on Our Networks
– Discussion on U.S. UCAN

• Sponsored by Quilt CIS providers, our traditional member meeting dinner will be held at Legal Seafoods at 6:30 on Wednesday, September 29th with beverages and hors d’oeuvres with dinner to follow at 7:00 pm.

• Transportation will be provided between the hotel and our meeting location each day and will be provided for our member meeting dinner. The bus will leave the hotel lobby approximately 30 minutes before scheduled member meeting events.
