Registration:

Registration is now open for these two workshop events.  You will be asked to select which workshop(s) you will be attending during the on-line registration process. 

On-site registration will be available at the registration desk if space is still available.

The registration fee to attend both workshops is $250.  The registration fee for a single workshop is also $250.  Participants are strongly encouraged to attend both workshops. 
 

There will be a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, October 11th from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the hotel.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies

You may pay for this conference in the form of a credit card or invoice guaranteed by credit card. When you visit the registration page, you will be asked to indicate your form of payment.

If you request an invoice and the invoice is not paid within thirty days of receipt, the credit card provided will automatically be charged for your meeting registration fee.

Cancellations received on or before 5:00pm EST on Friday September 29, 2006 are entitled to a full conference refund. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after 5:00pm EST on Friday September 29, 2006 and have not paid by any other means, your credit card will be charged the cost of the registration fee. If you cancel your registration after 5:00pm EST on Friday September 29, 2006 you may name another person from your organization to take your place.
