Pre-registration will close at 5:00pm eastern time on Wednesday May 25, 2005. On-site registration will be available at the registration desk if space is still available. The registration fee for this workshop is $150.00.
There will be a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and a Clam Bake, sponsored jointly by OSHEAN and The Quilt, on Thursday evening.

Lodging
There are two options for lodging for this workshop. May 17, 2005 is the cut off date for both. There are a limited number of rooms because this is the beginning of high season for Newport. We strongly recommend you make your reservations early.
OPTION 1

Block Dates: Tuesday May 31 through and including Thursday June 2, 2005
Block Cutoff Date: May 17, 2005, 5:00pm eastern time
Block Rate: $189.00, plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in (currently 13%)
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card
Check In: 4:00 p.m. local time
Check Out: 11:00 a.m. local time
The hotel has on site parking for a daily fee.
OPTION 2
Salve Regina University
Hunt Hall (Student Dormitory)
Block Dates: Tuesday May 31 through and including Thursday June 2, 2005
Block Cutoff Date: May 17, 2005, 5:00pm eastern time
Block Rate: $65.00, plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check in (currently 13%).
**Please note: There is no availability for extending your stay at this facility beyond June 2, 2005. Check out is 9:00am on Friday June 3, 2005.
Linens and towels are included however, items such as shampoo, soap and hairdryers are not.
Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified immediately if there is space left. Upon confirmation you will be asked to submit your credit card
information which will be forwarded to Salve Regina University for processing. Please include in your initial request the following information:
