This includes network engineering for optical DWDM, carrier and metro ethernet, IP (BGP, MPLS) routing, backbone transport/transit, peering, and node operations. Perform Tier II and Tier III specialized support in coordination with PennREN outsourced providers and engage with customers in both specialized support and customer engineering.
